Your child's safety comes first.
Each child who attends a Hope for Kids event or club must have a completed permission slip. These permission slips are kept on file for one year. Please make sure your child has submitted a permission slip before sending them to an event--you can use our online permission slip or fill out a physical permission slip at the Hope for Kids Den the first time you drop off your child.
